Website Warranty & Maintenance — Protect digital assets with a clear support package
A business website is a business asset that needs constant care, no different than a physical store. Threats such as hackers, malware, post-update software errors or server hardware problems can appear at any time — even in the middle of the night or during peak holidays. MintStack's Website Warranty package is a comprehensive shield for businesses to always reduce the risk of operational disruption.
List of periodic maintenance tasks
Smart data backup (Automated Backup)
The system automatically backs up the entire website (source code + database) according to schedule:
- Daily: Backup incremental (only back up changes) — fast, saves space.
- Weekly: Full backup of the entire website to 2 independent locations (Google Cloud Storage + Amazon S3).
- Storage: Keep the most recent 30 days of backup, allowing restore to any time within 30 days.
Customers can request data recovery via support ticket — according to the level of problem and agreed support package.
Continuous security updates & patches
The technical team monitors published CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) weekly. When a critical security patch becomes available, we:
- Check compatibility on staging environment first.
- Perform updates during the least popular hours.
- Confirm all features work normally after updating.
Automatic monitoring & scanning of malicious code
The system scans all website files every 6 hours to detect:
- Malware and backdoors are installed by hackers.
- Suspicious PHP file was created abnormally.
- Unusual changes in the system's core files.
- Admin login IP address from strange location (Geo-based alert).
When an abnormality is detected, the system automatically sends a warning to the technical team's email and Zalo for immediate handling.
Real-time Uptime Monitoring
The system pings websites from many geographical locations (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) every 1 minute. If the website stops responding more than 3 times in a row, the technician receives an immediate warning and begins processing — often before the customer discovers the website is having problems.
Support periodic content editing
Each month, businesses are supported with basic changes according to the package scope: updating banners, adding/editing products, posting articles, editing contact information or changing images.
Monthly website health report
At the end of each month, customers receive detailed reports including: uptime status, number of malware scans and results, implemented updates, basic visit statistics and improvement suggestions for the next month.
